This wine showcases Michigan terroir and how our sand and clay soils combine with our climate to produce wines similar to Burgundy. The 2025 vintage produced beautiful ripe fruit with excellent acid balance, resulting in a rich Chardonnay balanced on a sharp acid edge. The fruit and acid structure are complemented by 5 months of aging on the lees in 2 year old French Oak barrels.
